• For this Chili Cook-Off, chili will be defined as ANY combination of meat, spices, and seasonings along with tomatoes, onions, peppers, beans, and liquid such as broth. Whatever you call CHILI, we will call chili. You may enter meatless, beanless, chicken, or turkey chili. All entries must be homemade.
• You may choose to provide garnishes such as, but not limited to, cheese, cilantro, sour cream, crackers, cinnamon rolls, etc. This is optional.
• There will be no food prep on location.
• Please bring your own ladle or other serving utensil. Spoons and bowls for judging and lunch will be supplied.
• Labels will be provided day of. Food allergy labels will also be provided.
• After judging, remaining chili will be served.
• There will be three winners: First, Second, and Third Place. Student winners will receive a textbook scholarship.
