RKV Parents, this is a one-time registration form that is valid for the entire Fall 2022 semester. Each child is eligible to receive four activities per month.
Activity Kits: Our activity kit program began during the COVID-19 Pandemic when children were not able to be in the RKV classroom. RKV wanted to find a way to plan fun activities and provide families with all the supplies to complete those activities. Hence, the activity kit program began! These are pre-planned crafts that student parents can use to spend time with their children without the hassle of buying art supplies or coming up with an activity. These kits are a great way to showcase their children’s creativity at home.
Reading Rams: RKV is a Scholastic FACE partner, allowing us to provide books to families to build their home library. Families can request one Reading Rams Kit per child and they will receive a brand new book, a DIY bookmark kit, a reading log and coloring pages that correlate with their book, and activities to go along with the book (all supplies included to complete the activities).

Activity kits will be delivered to the location indicated on your registration form on the dates listed below. Please pick up kits promptly, any kits remaining at the next pickup date will be returned. If you continue to not pick up kits, you will automatically be unenrolled in the program.
