The purpose of this scholarship is to provide financial assistance to veterans who have exhausted their VA educational benefits in order to complete their degree.

The recipient(s) of the scholarship shall:

1. be a full-time or part-time (minimum of three credits) graduate or undergraduate student within two semesters of degree completion;
2. be in a good academic standing;
3. no longer be eligible to receive Veterans Administration educational benefits; and
4. have been honorably discharged from military service.

Awards shall be prorated based on enrollment status.

The CSUSA generally opens on October 1st and the deadline is the following March 1st. CSUSA submissions apply to the following academic year.
