Brianna Ridenour

Coordinator of Student Engagement

Brianna is a current graduate student in the Student Affairs in Higher Education (SAHE) program at Colorado State University. Within ALVS, Brianna serves as the Coordinator of Student Engagement and oversees both ALVS Peer Advisors and Ram Kidz Village.

Her Vision: To educate members of society on the importance of civil discourse and provide members of underrepresented, low-income, and marginalized communities with the resources and tools they need to be involved in, committed to, and enthusiastic about their futures.

Her Approach: To approach institutional change without hesitation if she thinks it is necessary to create a more inclusive and equitable environment.

Brianna is passionate about positive psychology, especially through the lens of strengths-based sciences. She thoroughly enjoys developing humans through the use of CliftonStrengths, strengths-based leadership, strengths-based teams, well-being, and workplace engagement.

Some fun facts about Bri:

  • She graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2018 with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources management, Go Big Red!
  • She spent the last two years as an AmeriCorps member with College Possible in Omaha, NE.
