Brianna Ridenour (she/her) is the Assistant Director for Adult Learner and Veteran Services (ALVS) at Colorado State University (CSU), where she oversees ALVS student staff on the Peer Advising team, office programming, and new student transition programs. A first-generation, neurodivergent student herself, Brianna understands the challenges of navigating higher education and is committed to fostering meaningful connections that empower students. She holds an M.S. in Student Affairs in Higher Education from CSU and a B.S. in Human Resources Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL). Her background includes roles with NASPA, College Possible, the University of Notre Dame, and UNL.

Brianna centers her work through an ethic of love, equity, inclusion, and social justice. She is passionate about positive psychology and entrepreneurship, especially through the lens of strengths-based sciences. She thoroughly enjoys developing humans through the use of CliftonStrengths, strengths-based leadership, strengths-based teams, well-being, and workplace engagement.

In her free time, she enjoys disc golfing, geocaching, hiking, concerts, and bowling—despite rarely breaking 100.
